Join us for the 15th Annual Habersham Harvest Festival

October 10-12, 2025

Habersham Harvest Festival is once again engaging the region’s best purveyors of local produce, meats and dairy products, prepared food, and regional arts and crafts to participate in this beloved annual Lowcountry tradition. This is a great opportunity to showcase local products and talents to a broad, regional audience. This family-friendly event is an entertaining and educational fall street festival and celebration.

There are a limited number of spaces available to be reserved so we invite you to submit your applications today!

Festival Hours for Community Activities:

Load In: Friday, October 10th 2pm-4pm

Load Out: Sunday, October 12th, 6pm all streets cleared by 8:30pm

General Outlook:

Community Activity Qualifiers:

To qualify to host an activity at Habersham Harvest Festival:

  • You must be a civic, educational, faith-based or 501(c)3 organization.

  • You must provide a FREE activity to engage the target demographic of the festival.

  • You must provide all items necessary for your activity.

  • You must staff your activity with volunteers who have been vetted by your organization to represent your organization.

  • T-shirts or nametags designating volunteers for your organization must be work during any volunteer interaction with guests of the festival.

  • You must brand your activity for your organization in a festival approved format. No inflatables.


Community Activity Information:

All activities MUST be open for all hours that the Habersham Harvest Festival is advertised:

Load In: We ask that any participants wishing to pre-load in before event day arrive between 2-4pm on Friday, October 10, to set up. All set up must be completed, and roads clear by 4pm. Please secure items overnight as there will be foot traffic. Morning re-load will occur no earlier than 8am and be completed no later than 9:15am for Festival opening. You may secure and leave your items overnight if so desired. Habersham Harvest Festival (and entities associated) assume no liability for these items.

Load Out: Load Out will begin no earlier than 6pm Sunday, Oct 12. Participants are NOT permitted to dismantle their activity before the close of the festival. If a participant experiences a personal emergency, an early departure must be approved and coordinated with the Event Manager to ensure it is done safely. Participants are to remove their refuse upon departure, leaving the space clean and free of litter. Disposal of refuse in the Habersham dumpsters or trash cans in prohibited.

1. Space Size: Each space will be considered based on the activity presented. Activities will likely be on grass that should not be damaged. If a hard surface would serve participants better, please speak with Jodie Miller for placement.

2. Tent/Placement Options: If you choose to bring a tent, it must be white only. No staking into the ground allowed at all. Please weight with sandbags or blocks. Irrigation systems run in this area. All activities may bring tables, chairs, displays, etc. if items fit ONLY in your given area unless pre-arranged with event management. No additional ground staked signage.

3. Brand Presence: The Event Manager reserves the right to change the assigned space of participants if necessary. No special location requests please. Spaces must remain clean and barrier-free at all times. We would like each activity to provide signage with the clear branding and information. The better your branding and display, the higher your participation will be at this particular event – it is a very visual event and crowd and very appealing booths have been the busiest over the years.

4. Insurance: Habersham Harvest Festival and associated entities do not carry insurance to cover activities. The Habersham Harvest Festival and associated entities will be reimbursed for any damages to their properties by any vendors, including but not limited to damage to the grounds, vehicles, fencing, sidewalks, tents and any other property owned by or associated with Harvest Festival or associated entities.
