Join us for the 15th Annual Habersham Harvest Festival

October 10-12, 2025

Habersham Harvest Festival is once again engaging the region’s best purveyors of local produce, meats and dairy products, prepared food, and regional arts and crafts to participate in this beloved annual Lowcountry tradition. This is a great opportunity to showcase local products and talents to a broad, regional audience. This family-friendly event is an entertaining and educational fall street festival and celebration.

There are a limited number of spaces available to be reserved so we invite you to submit your applications today!

PLEASE read through all information below for details on participating, set-up, load-out.


Event Basics:

Load In: Friday, October 10th, 10am-2pm

Load Out: Sunday, October 12th, 6pm all streets cleared by 8:30pm

Ready-to-Eat Food Vendor qualifiers:

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE A BEAUFORT COUNTY (NOT CITY) BUSINESS LICENSE and a DHEC License. If you do not have an active license, please contact the Beaufort County Business License Department at 843-255-2270. You will not be allowed to sell without an active license. You will receive parking information and specifics upon application acceptance. No cards will be charged until application is accepted and each vendor is informed of acceptance in writing upon acceptance via email provided.

Vendors MUST be open and operable during the following hours:

  • Friday, October 10th 4:00pm-8:00pm (please plan to light your tent with battery operated lighting for these hours).

  • Saturday, October 11th 10:00am-6:00pm

  • Sunday, October 12th 10:00pm-6:00pm

We will do our best to ensure there is not direct competition within vendors so everyone has a lucrative day. This is not a guarantee.


Ready-to-Eat Food Vendor Information:

Ready-to-Eat Food Vendors' Fee: $550 for all THREE days, Oct 11-12, 2025.

All vendors must bring ample change AND a method to accept credit/debit cards. INTERNET IS UNRELIABLE SO PLEASE HAVE A WAY OF BATCHING YOUR SALES. These applications will be reviewed very carefully to ensure good partnerships, and we strive have no competing menus so that everyone has a fun and lucrative day!

Please submit a full description of items for sale; pictures are great too.

ALL requirements noted on this application must be met.

Load In:

We ask that vendors arrive on Friday between 10am-2pm to set up. All set up must be completed and roads clear by 2pm for Fire Safety Check. This time is firm. Saturday and Sunday re-load will occur no earlier than 8am and no cars or trucks will be allowed in the Festival area. You may secure and leave your items overnight if so desired. Habersham Harvest Festival (and all entities associated) assume no liability for these items.

Load Out:

Load Out will begin no earlier than 6pm Sunday, Oct 12. Participants are NOT permitted to exit before the close of the festival. If a participant experiences a personal emergency, an early departure must be approved and coordinated with the Event Manager to ensure it is done safely. Participants are to remove their refuse upon departure, leaving the space clean and free of litter. Disposal of refuse in the Habersham dumpsters or trash cans in strictly prohibited.

Insurance:

The Habersham Harvest Festival and associated entities do not carry insurance to cover vendors. The Habersham Harvest Festival and associated entities will be reimbursed for any damages to their properties by any vendors, including but not limited to damage to the grounds, vehicles, fencing, sidewalks, tents and any other property owned by or associated with Harvest Festival or associated entities. By applying via this application, you agree to these terms and to hold all parties harmless during the course of the event and hours of load in and load out.
